Non-medical home care is important for those that are unable to take care of their personal care needs without assistance from others. We want to be your provider of choice by delivering quality home care services, in a cost-effective way.  You will be matched with a qualified PCA or CNA. By supporting the clients' wish to stay home, we believe this will give each client a sense of independence and help maintain their dignity.

ABOUT US

We are a non-medical/non-skilled agency that accepts Medicaid and Private pay.  Non-medical means we assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, eating & feeding, ambulation, grooming, supervise medication administration, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and accompany clients to medical appointments. These are the everyday needs people require to get through the day. Tasks such as these can be performed by a CNA or PCA. Skilled care is having a medical need that may include wound care, tracheostomy care, passing medications, etc... These tasks are performed by a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). We DO NOT do skilled care. Need Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification? Contact us about training.

We use an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system that electronically records when PCAs begin and end providing services. This includes features to verify the PCA's location and assure that the PCA is in the client's home. This system requires a device like a phone, computer, tablet/iPad, or some other electronic method to track the PCA's start and end times.

Our availability is Monday-Thursday 9am-4p & Friday 9am-3pm. We service the 7 cities of Hampton Roads, Isle of Wight County, and Franklin.
